Follow these steps below for REMOTE check (steps may vary by operating system): - within Advance Settings tab as above, go to Power Management - UNCHECK "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and save - Navigate to Check Control Panel - go to Hardward and Sound -> Power Options -> Edit Plan Settings -> Advanced Power Settings - Locate the qty x2 CAT5e cables running from the Capture PC to the Panoramic - Confirm they are routed DIRECTLY from the capture PC to the Panoramic - They should NOT be running through the network, a switch or through a wall jack. - If running indirect as above, please route directly and test
If problems exist, please contact your Owandy dealer for remote check and possible onsite check
