E363: Interruption of the link between PC and equipment

Follow these steps below for REMOTE check (steps may vary by operating system):

1) Check that "Flow Control" option is disabled for the Intel Pro 1000 Dual Port Adapter.
- Navigate to device manager
- select the Pro 1000 under Network Adapters
- select Advanced settings tab
- select Flow Control and save as DISABLED

1b) Optimize Pro 1000 Dual Port Adapter performance

- within Advance Settings tab as above, go to Power Management

- UNCHECK "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and save


2) Optimize PCI Express Power Settings

- Navigate to Check Control Panel

- go to Hardward and Sound -> Power Options -> Edit Plan Settings -> Advanced Power Settings 
- Drop down PCI Express
- Drop down Link State Power Management Setting: SELECT OFF and Apply and Save

3) Disable Firewall and Antivirus settings and test

4) Check Cat5e Ethernet Cables

- Locate the qty x2 CAT5e cables running from the Capture PC to the Panoramic

- Confirm they are routed DIRECTLY from the capture PC to the Panoramic

- They should NOT be running through the network, a switch or through a wall jack.

- If running indirect as above, please route directly and test
